You must inform your tattoo artist or piercer of any medical conditions listed in the consent form prior to the procedure.Certain health conditions may increase the risks involved. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information.

Minimum Age

Tattoos are only available for clients aged 18 or older. Piercing age requirements may vary by type, subject to local legislation. A valid ID will be required.

Consent for Photos

By receiving services, you grant House of Hoodoo permission to photograph your tattoo or piercing and use the images for promotional materials or social media.

Prohibition of Substances

Procedures will not be performed on clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Hygiene and Aftercare

Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided. It is your responsibility to follow these guidelines to ensure proper healing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable in case of no-shows or late cancellations.
